Pricing questions
Can I use FitFlows for free?
Yes. Up to 3 active clients FitFlows is free and does not require a credit card.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on active clients in the workspace. It starts at €19 per month from 4 clients and rises in tiers up to €199 per month at 300 clients. Archived clients do not count.
What happens beyond 300 clients?
Beyond 300 active clients the tier scales automatically: €199 per month plus €25 every 50 extra clients.
Do some features cost more?
No. Every tier includes every feature: programs, nutrition, intake, check-ins, chat, TeamHub, automations and the client app. Only the number of active clients changes.
How does the launch discount work?
From the Growth tier up, the first month costs 20% less: for example €29 becomes €23,20. From the second month you pay the full tier price.
