Save for Story: from a message to Stories Studio

Real steps: message menu Save for Story, Private files → Use in Story, Stories Studio (Starred / Comparisons) and export.

In online coaching, client results are also content. FitFlows does this without rebuilding Canva: you start from messages and check-ins already in the app.

From Chat: Save for Story

  1. Open Chat with the client.
  2. On the client’s message (not yours): long-press on mobile or right-click on desktop.
  3. In the menu you see, among others: Reply, Copy, Save for Story, Pin, Forward, Delete.
  4. Tap Save for Story — the action appears only on client messages.

The asset lands in story material (including featured / starred).

From Private files: Use in Story

Go to Private files (archive of comparisons and saved pieces). Typical types: Comparison, Check message, Chat message, Progression.

On the tile: Use in Story, download, delete. In the header there is also Studio to open Stories Studio.

Stories Studio

Stories Studio page — in-app subtitle: Instagram 9:16 stories from private material and client messages.

  • Library: Starred / Comparisons tabs
  • Actions: Save project, Slide (current export), Download all
  • Panels: Slide, Background, Layer, Properties

Canvas: Stories 9:16 format; you drag blocks onto the guides.

Privacy

  • Consent before publishing recognizable results
  • No sensitive data in the clear (surnames, conditions, amounts)
  • Crop / generic text if the client is private

Typical workflow

  1. The client sends a strong message in Chat, or completes a check (and you save a comparison).
  2. Save for Story or Use in Story.
  3. In Stories Studio you add a line of context and export.

Outcome

Social proof in a few taps, from real online-coaching work — not from messy screenshots.
