Drop the scattered “how is it going?” on WhatsApp. Here the client has a clear rhythm: every 7 days the platform asks for the check-in.
Why every 7 days (and why you do not change it)
By default a notification asks them to do the check every 7 days (from the last check; if they never did one, about a week after joining).
On Home they see the Check and weight card: “Upload check” when it is due, or “Check in X days” until then. The notification sounds roughly like: “Time for your check-in!” — X days have passed since the last check. Upload your photos and measurements! (or “Time for your first check-in!” the first time).
You cannot change it. Not because “a different date would be hard to build”. Because FitFlows is designed so the client feels guided and followed. If you stretch checks to every 2–4 weeks, we have seen it: the journey is abandoned much sooner. So the rhythm stays weekly — and your job is to reply when it arrives, not to dilute the frequency.
What the client does (real steps)
Check tab → New Check:
- Photos and measurements — optional weight and body fat; photo slots Front / Right side / Left side / Back (at least 2 photos for a new check); optional Body measurements
- Notes and send — optional notes → Send Check
From Home, if it is due, Upload check opens the upload flow directly.
What you see (coach)
- Check list → Received checks / Check Monitor segments, Unread KPI, period filters
- Check tab on the single client (weight/BF/photo badge, Add)
When the client sends, you get in-app + push: “New Check” — “{name} sent a new check”.
When you open/view the check, the client can receive “Check viewed”.

Reply in Chat
After reading, structured feedback in Chat (what works, what to adjust, next goal). The message notifies the other side.
In practice
The client uploads on routine; you open Unread, read, reply in Chat. No chasing on WhatsApp, no “let’s do it every three weeks” — the platform keeps the rhythm, you keep the relationship.
